Museum visitors receiving SNAP/EBT benefits can receive reduced admission to some participating museums through Museums for All, an initiative of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

CT State Parks
“Connecticut has launched the Passport to Parks Program. Visitors with Connecticut registered vehicles are no longer required to pay a parking fee at CT State Parks and Forest recreation areas.“
This pass will waive the admission fees to those State Parks where there is an admission fee, such as: Dinosaur State Park & Visitor Center in Rocky Hill, Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam, and Fort Trumbull State Park & Visitor Center in New London.
