Christine Cachuela, Library Director
Christine is responsible for all aspects of Library administration. Christine was promoted in 2023 after serving as the Children’s Librarian for two years. Previously, Christine worked for libraries in Waterford, Windsor, and Hebron. Prior to that she worked in veterinary medicine. Her hobbies include rock climbing, playing with her dog, and traveling.
Keri Blanda, Adult/ Young Adult Librarian
Keri is responsible for all aspects of service to adults and teens including collection development, programming, and outreach. Keri was promoted in 2022 after two years of serving the Library as a Public Service Associate. Previously, Keri worked for libraries in Hartford, Colchester, and Moodus. In her spare time, Keri loves to trail run, participate in CrossFit, and crochet.
Dylan Waddington, Children’s Librarian
Dylan is responsible for all aspects of the Children’s room including service to children and families, collection development, programming, and outreach. Previously, Dylan worked for libraries in Willimantic, Lebanon, and Windsor. When Dylan isn’t at the Library, she enjoys baking and creating dollhouse miniatures.
Samuel Bolton, Head of Circulation and Technical Services
Sam is responsible for all aspects of patron and materials management including borrowing, cataloging, and processing. Previously, Sam worked for the Richmond Memorial Library in Marlborough and the Smith Library at Eastern CT State University. Sam is also the Creative Staff Leader at Epoch Arts and plays a large role in their annual Haunted House.
Jondahl, Public Service Associate
Jondahl serves patrons in the Children’s room and at the circulation desk. Jondahl leads two weekly storytimes, our adult Cookbook Club, and plays a key role in all of our biggest events! In her spare time, Jondahl enjoys traveling, live music, and growing as many flowers as possible.
Kel, Public Service Associate
Kel serves patrons at the circulation desk and helps with the processing and maintenance of library materials. Kel also provides STEM programming for children and assists with the Library’s 3-D printer.
Luke, Public Service Associate
Luke serves patrons at the circulation desk and helps with the processing and maintenance of library materials. Luke also works for the RHAM Middle and High School libraries and is passionate about teen reader’s advisory.
Stephanie, Public Service Associate
Stephanie provides customer service to patrons of all ages and runs our Teen and Middle Grade Dungeons and Dragons programs. She is a current student of a Masters of Library and Information Science program and previously served in the United States Army. A fun fact about Stephanie is that she has touched the sea deck of the Titanic!
Donna, Public Service Associate
Donna helps patrons at our busy circulation desk. She has a background in computers and assists with our Tech Help programming and technology-related STEM programs for kids. Donna’s hobbies include disc golfing, playing video games, and painting.

Chris shelves all of our returned materials in both the adult and children’s library. When there is extra time, he also helps with special projects.
